01 / MACHINES, NEEDLES & THREAD

One approved design. Multiple working heads.

Each head carries a set of needles and colored threads. The embroidery program controls stitch movement and color changes; multiple heads can work on repeated versions of the same design.

02 / FROM ARTWORK TO STITCHES

Develop the stitch result before repeating it

Artwork review → digitizing → material and setup review → sample approval → batch embroidery → garment completion.

01 / PREPARE & SAMPLE

Translate the logo into embroidery instructions

Confirm artwork, finished dimensions, placement and thread colors. Digitizing defines the stitch paths and sequence; the fabric and design guide the stabilizer and setup choices.

Review an actual sew-out rather than relying only on an artwork preview.

02 / STITCH & REPEAT

Follow the approved design through the run

Use the confirmed embroidery program, thread colors and placement. Multi-head production repeats the design across prepared panels or suitable garments.

Personalized names or numbers need a roster and production plan; variation between pieces is a separate coordination step.

03 / REVIEW & COMPLETE

Check the detail as part of the finished garment

Review letter shapes, edges, placement, fabric appearance and the reverse side. Check the embroidery against the approved sample before the garment moves through the remaining operations.

Embroidery may take place on panels before assembly or on suitable assembled garments, depending on access and construction.

Special finishes need a separate capability check

Chenille or towel embroidery, 3D foam embroidery and cap embroidery require the appropriate equipment, attachments and setup. Their availability cannot be established from standard multi-head machine photographs alone.

Send a reference of the effect you want. The team will confirm the route and sample rather than treating every technique as interchangeable.

05 / SAMPLE & QUALITY REVIEW

Look beyond the front of the logo

Agree the inspection points for your project. These are buyer review considerations, not a claim of a published test result or a fixed factory inspection standard.

Artwork & color

Correct design version, spelling, dimensions, placement and thread-color reference.

Stitch appearance

Letter clarity, outline registration, coverage, loose threads and clean finishing.

Fabric & reverse side

Puckering, distortion, backing visibility, stretch and comfort against the skin.

Order matching

Correct panel, size, name or number, plus the required quantities.

Test the selected performance fabric

Lightweight or stretchy fabrics need a suitable design and stabilizer. Review the sewn result on the intended material, including stretch and skin contact. For close-fitting rash guards, confirm whether embroidery, a patch or sublimation best suits the proposed area.

EMBROIDERY FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What does a computerized multi-head embroidery machine do?

It follows a digitized embroidery program to stitch thread into a selected fabric or garment panel. Multiple heads can repeat the same approved design in parallel, while programmed needle changes select the required thread colors.

What embroidery equipment is shown in TONTON’s workshop?

The supplied workshop photographs and machine video show multi-head embroidery equipment with visible JIAYU branding. Exact model, head count, embroidery field, needle count and production speed are not specified on this page.

Can TONTON embroider team logos, names and numbers?

Team crests, brand logos, lettering, names and numbers can be developed for embroidery, subject to the design, size, fabric and placement. Personalized names and numbers need an approved roster and a suitable production plan; different heads should not be assumed to stitch different designs simultaneously.

Can the pictured machines make chenille, 3D foam embroidery or embroidered caps?

These techniques depend on the machine configuration, attachments, materials and setup. The pictured standard embroidery heads alone do not confirm chenille, 3D foam or cap capability. Send the required effect and product so the team can confirm the process and sample.

Can embroidery be used on stretch sportswear?

Suitability depends on the fabric, design size, stitch density, stabilizer and placement. Review a sew-out on the selected material for puckering, stretch, backing visibility and comfort against the skin. Do not assume the same embroidery setup suits every rash guard, jersey or performance fabric.

What should I approve before bulk embroidery?

Confirm the artwork version, finished size, placement, thread colors, fabric or panel, backing approach and any names or numbers. Review a physical stitch sample on the intended material before approving the bulk production setup.
